1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• The item is not listed under non-returnable items (see below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items on clearance or marked final sale.
• Personal care or hygiene products.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards or store credit.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund:

• Email us at support@citylifestyle.in with:
• Order Number
• Product Name
• Reason for Return
• Supporting photo (if item is damaged or defective)
• Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with further instructions.
• If approved, you will be required to ship the item back to our warehouse. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@citylifestyle.in within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
